Terms and Conditions

• The Owner/Seller must agree that the Owner/Seller owns the vehicles and have complete authority of selling or scrapping it with Atlantic Car Removals (ACR)a Licensed Motor Recyclers.
• According to the Rules and Regulations of FairTrading NSW, Once the Owner/Seller signs the contract they will have no further authority of cancelling or reselling the vehicle.
• The owner/seller must take full responsibility and agree that the vehicle is FREE of Finance andFraud,not stolen or has not been involved in any criminal activities.
• By signing the contract, the Owner/Seller passes all rights to ACR which means the Owner/Seller can’t resell or cancel the sale.
• All valuables and belongings must be removed before towed away asACR is not responsible and doesnot guarantee safe keeping.
• The Owner/Seller must be 18 years of age or Over and understands that this is a Legal binding contract.(If the Owner/Seller is underage a Parent/Legal Guardian must sign on their behalf)
• By signing the Contract the Owner/Seller agrees and understands the Terms and Conditions of the Sale.
